Project 49: Tkiyet Um Ali

Location: Jordan

Reach: 25

Year: 2024

Tkiyet Um Ali (TUA) is a pioneering non-governmental organization in Jordan committed to eradicating hunger and alleviating poverty. As the first of its kind in the region, TUA provides sustainable food support by distributing food parcels to families living in extreme poverty. Their comprehensive approach includes delivering hot meals to those in need at their premises and providing humanitarian food aid to underprivileged communities across Jordan.

To complement TUA's mission, The Orenda Tribe implemented an art workshop for children from the communities that TUA serves. This workshop was designed to bring joy and positivity to these young participants through a series of creative art activities. By engaging the children in hands-on artistic expression, the workshop aimed to foster a sense of happiness and well-being, providing a much-needed emotional boost to those facing the challenges of poverty.
