Join us for a journey for young minds through art and education! We will explore mindfulness, well-being, creativity, empathy, and gratitude. Enjoy mindful exercises, meditation, art projects, and more. Let's build connections and positivity together!

Session One: Brain Explorers (May, 10th)

We will dive into the fascinating world of art and the mind, discovering how creativity and self-expression connect with our brains.

Session Two: Rainbow of Emotions (May, 17th)

We're delving into the fascinating world of emotions with your child. Where kids will learn to understand, express, and manage their feelings creatively.

Session Three: Mindful Moments (May, 24th)

We introduce kids to a world of mindful exploration through guided imagery. They'll imagine serene places like a beach or forest, exploring the sights, sounds, smells, and feelings of their imagined world.

Session Four: Empathy Adventures (May, 31st)

We will dive into empathy and compassion, important values for building great friendships.
