Workshop Lead Role Overview
Purpose: To design, implement, and standardize workshops that align with The Orenda Tribe’s mission, ensuring consistency, scalability, and measurable impact across all operations, including flagship stores, franchise stores, and the Art for Hope initiative.
Responsibilities
Workshop Design and Standardization
- Create engaging and impactful workshops combining art and wellbeing principles.
- Develop a library of standardized workshops to be implemented across locations, according to agreed-on templates.
- Ensure all workshops, including the Art for Hope initiative, align with The Orenda Tribe’s mission.
Research and Accuracy
- Conduct thorough research before designing and implementing workshops to ensure all neuroscience and wellbeing content is accurate, up-to-date, and backed by credible sources.
- Regularly review and update workshop content to align with the latest developments in neuroscience and wellbeing practices.
- Provide references and documentation for all key information included in workshops to maintain credibility and trust.
Training and Development
- Train team members to facilitate workshops effectively and consistently.
- Ensure team training aligns with company templates and mission values.
Documentation
- Document workshops using standardized templates.
- Maintain detailed records of workshop materials, objectives, and outcomes.
Coordination with Other Departments
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the timely procurement and availability of workshop materials, such as art supplies and other resources.
- Maintain an updated inventory of required materials for workshops and communicate any needs or shortages promptly.
- Work with suppliers or internal teams to source mission-aligned materials when necessary.
Collaboration with Marketing
- Work with the marketing team to ensure workshop objectives are clearly communicated to the target audience.
Workshop Implementation
- Oversee facilitation of workshops to maintain quality and participant engagement.
- Collect feedback and analyze results to improve workshops.
Retail Duties
- Assist customers with art-related inquiries and provide recommendations on retail products.
- Proactively promote retail products and help achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate records of sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in both English and Arabic.
- Experience in facilitating art classes and workshops, preferably with kids and youth.
- Passion for art and creativity
- Experience working with children in educational or creative settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

The Orenda Tribe, Weibdeh, Amman
Working Hours:
Flexible shifts based on operational needs (store hours: 10 AM - 9 PM)
